About Kristy

Kristy Winter joined Morelaw Solicitors & Barristers in September 2009 after completing her Practical Legal Training with us in June 2009. Kristy completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England receiving recognition by the Golden Key International Honour Society for academic excellence to the top 15% of all Undergraduate degrees across NSW in 2008. Kristy went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the NSW College of Law and was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2009. Kristy was further admitted to the High Court of Australia in September of 2009. Kristy now heads the Family Law sector of our firm.
