About Brad:
Brad joined Morelaw Solicitors & Barristers in March 2010 as a Law Clerk whilst completing his law degree at Newcastle University. During this time Brad has been mentored by our principle Criminal Law Solicitor, Chris O’Brien.
Prior to joining Morelaw, Brad gained extensive experience in the field of criminal investigations as a Detective Senior Constable with the NSW Police Force. Brad was stationed in western Sydney, the north west of NSW and finished his career at Waratah Detectives. During this time Brad was involved in the investigation of major crimes and worked on Task Forces targeting specific areas of crime such as property theft and fraud. With 15 years experience he gained an extensive knowledge of Police investigatory practices and Police procedures.
After leaving the Police Force, Brad worked as an investigator for the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) conducting complex investigations to prevent the registration of re-birthed motor vehicles and repaired vehicles using stolen parts. During this time he worked extensively with Police organised crime units across the country.
